Management

The Client Site AIC (Agent-in-Charge) Manager is responsible for managing client sites and maintaining excellent relationships between the site's clients and working agents. They are also responsible for updating the Client Site Director of any and all changes or events.

The Client Site Director is the principal liason between the Agency and its clients. The director is the client's direct point of contact and is responsible for developing and maintaining excellent relationships between the client and the agency. The director also acts as an advisor to the Agency's top level executives who promotes for or against future contract renewal, identifies and secures business opportunities, and manages current contracts.

The Financial Accounts Director is responsible for overseeing the Agency's financial accounts, informing shareholders and investors of profits and losses, and overall advising and guiding the company towards long lasting success.

The Financial Accounts Manager is responsible for monitoring the company assembling financial statements and reports, forcasting theoretical profits and losses,

The Human Resources Manager is the principal liason between Management and Agents. They are also responsible for all paperwork and proper documentation prior to and during the Agent hiring process.

The OPR AIC (Agent-in-Charge) Manager is the Agency's Internal Affairs Chief Agent who reports directly to the OPR Director and is responsible for all OPR Agents.

The Office of Professional Review (OPR) Director is the Agency's Internal Affairs Executive.

Operations AIC (Agent-in-Charge) Manager is a highly classified, top-level position which assists the Operations Director in overseeing several of the Agency's departments.
