Operations Director

The Operations Director is responsible for the safety and protection of all national and international assets, classified and top-level executives and clients, and contracted-diplomatic sites. The Director also oversees the Agency's Special Operations operators and analysts, both in the field and in the operations command centers. The Director is also responsible for single and wide-scale operations as well as advising the Agency's top level executives during the assessments and executive decision-making processes.


REQUIREMENTS:

~ Must have a bachelor's degree in Strategic Intelligence, Management, Operations Management, Organizational Leadership, or some other closely related field.
~ Must have at least five (5) years of experience within the field(s) of intelligence, criminal justice, operations, or management.
~ Must have or be willing to undergo public relations and social media training.
~ Must be an excellent written and oral communicator.


BONUS - An applicant for the position of OPR Director should possess the following skillsets:

~ Has a Master's or a Doctorate in Strategic Intelligence, Management, Operations Management, Organizational Leadership, or some other closely related field.
