Client Site AIC (Agent-in-Charge) Manager

The Client Site AIC (Agent-in-Charge) Manager is responsible for managing client sites and maintaining excellent relationships between the site's clients and working agents. They are also responsible for updating the Client Site Director of any and all changes or events.

Client Site AIC (Agent-in-Charge) Manager

The Client Site AIC is responsible for the supervision, safety, and protection of all Agents, assets, classified and top-level executive clients, and contracted-diplomatic sites. The AIC also acts as an advisor to the Client Site Director during the assessment and decision-making processes.


REQUIREMENTS:

~ Must have a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership, Business Managment, or some other closely related field.
~ Must have either of the following:
at least one (1) year of experience in leadership or organizational management, or
must come highly recommended by both: one (1) college/university professor and one (1) current employment supervisor.
~ Must have or be willing to undergo public relations and social media training.
~ Must have an extrovered personality, patience, and is an excellent written and oral communicator.
