Operations AIC (Agent-in-Charge) Manager

Operations AIC (Agent-in-Charge) Manager is a highly classified, top-level position which assists the Operations Director in overseeing several of the Agency's departments.

Operations AIC (Agent-in-Charge) Manager

The Operations AIC is responsible for the safety and protection of all national and international assets, classified and top-level executives and clients, and contracted-diplomatic sites. The AIC is also responsible for supervising and monitoring the Agency's Special Operations operators and analysts, both in the field and in the operations command centers, as well as supervising and monitoring single and wide-scale operations. The AIC also acts as an advisor to the Operations Director during the assessment and decision-making processes.


REQUIREMENTS:

~ Must have a bachelor's degree in Strategic Intelligence, Management, Operations Management, Organizational Leadership, or some other closely related field.
~ Must have at least three (3) years of experience within the field(s) of intelligence, criminal justice, operations, or management.
~ Must have or be willing to undergo public relations and social media training.
~ Must be an excellent written and oral communicator.


BONUS - An applicant for the position of OPR Director should possess the following skillsets:

~ Has a Master's or a Doctorate in Strategic Intelligence, Management, Operations Management, Organizational Leadership, or some other closely related field.
~ Current or former military only
~ Strategic decision-making

~ Hard work ethic
~ Excellent written and oral communication
~ Efficient multitasker
~ Able to work under time limits and stressful situations.
~ Able to de-escalate aggressive situations.
