OPR Director
The Office of Professional Review (OPR) Director is the Agency's Internal Affairs Executive.
The Director is responsible for overseeing and making the final decisions regarding investigations that involve allegtions, threats, or suspicious behaviors against a client or against another agent. They are also responsible for maintaining the Agency building's security and the personal security of all clients and Agency personnel.
REQUIREMENTS:
~ Must have a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Law, Pyschology, Human Resources, or some other closely related field.
~ Must have at least five (5) years of experience within the criminal justice or legal field.
~ Must have or be willing to undergo public relations and social media training.
~ Must be an excellent written and oral communicator.
BONUS - An applicant for the position of OPR Director should possess the following skillsets:
~ Has a Master's or a Doctorate in Criminal Justice, Law, Pyschology, Human Resources, or some other closely related field.
~ Current or former military and/or law enforcement.
~ Perceptive and Investigative mentality
