Client Site Director

The Client Site Director is the principal liason between the Agency and its clients. The director is the client's direct point of contact and is responsible for developing and maintaining excellent relationships between the client and the agency. The director also acts as an advisor to the Agency's top level executives who promotes for or against future contract renewal, identifies and secures business opportunities, and manages current contracts.

The Client Site Director is responsible for maintaining high-standing relations between the Agency and its clients, the safety and protection of all national and international client sites, assets, classified and top-level executives and clients, and contracted-diplomatic sites. The Director is also responsible for advising the Agency's top level executives during the assessments and executive decision-making processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

~ Must have a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership, Business Managment, or some other closely related field.
~ Must have at least five (5) years of experience in leadership or organizational management, and must come highly recommended by one (1) current employment supervisor and three (3) fellow co-workers in the related field.
~ Must have or be willing to undergo public relations and social media training.
~ Must have an extroverted personality, patience, and is an excellent written and oral communicator.
