Quartermaster Specialist
Ensure that our Agents have what they need for their future assignments and job duties.
Utilizing your management skills, you will ensure that our Agents are fully equipped with everything they need to perform their tasks.
Employment Career Description
~ Develop and maintain relationships with Agency personnel and suppliers.
~ Manage the logistics of the Agency's resources, equipment, and gear, and supplies
~ Oversee, limit, and decrease the disposal and waste of resources, equipment, and gear, and supplies.
~ Research how to best store and transport essential resources, equipment, gear, and supplies.
~ Manage Agency and Warehouse personnel to ensure proper shipping and storage of resources, equipment, and gear, and supplies.
~ Plan and schedule the intake of resources, equipment, and gear, and supplies to the Agency.
~ Communicate with suppliers regarding their deliveries and requirements.
Requirements for Employment Career
~ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field
~ 3 Years of experience in logistical support, supply chain management, general management, or related field
~ Advanced computer proficiency
~ Excellent written and oral communication
~ Exceptional attention to detail
~ Exceptional critical thinking
~ Exceptional problem-solving
~ Ability to negotiate with suppliers and vendors
